Because Live Wire’s Orals Coaching is built upon its Presentation Training module, participants not only learn and practice specific strategies to address the unique needs of an upcoming oral presentation, they also learn and practice general skills that apply to many types of presentations before internal and external audiences.

Step One: Preparation for Orals

  • Review the big-picture goals and individual components of the proposal
  • Review client requirements for oral presentation
  • Review and refine win themes and key discriminators

Step Two: Message Development

  • Identify additional visuals, such as models, video or films

Step Four: Rehearsal

  • Rehearse individuals and the team as a whole in progressively final form
  • Re-organize materials and presenters as required
  • Fine-tune individual skills, from introduction to delivering benefits

  • Practice answering difficult questions
