Suzanne Kennedy is a three-time Emmy Award-winning journalist with more than three decades of broadcast experience. During her 20 plus years at the ABC affiliate in Washington DC, Suzanne covered major breaking news stories ranging from politics to natural disasters. She was one of an elite team of reporters sent to Thailand to cover the 2004 Tsunami. Her experience includes covering 9-11, multiple presidential elections and inaugurations, hurricanes and playoff sporting events.
As a PR Executive with years of experience as a leading journalist in the field, Kennedy is aware of the importance of story-telling and messaging. She has extensive knowledge in crafting and sending out messages on multiple platforms including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and LinkedIn.
Kennedy graduated from Emerson College with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in political science. She is the daughter of two accomplished ABC News journalists. She is an avid open water swimmer who lives in Washington DC with her husband, and teenage son and daughter. She is a volunteer at Food and Friends, Blessed Sacrament Church, Gonzaga College High School and The Academy of the Holy Cross.
