Social Media and Content Creation Manager

Live Wire Media Relations, LLC

Responsible for the strategic development, management, and evaluation of social media campaigns for clients across various industries, as well as for Live Wire. Must demonstrate knowledge of the best social media practices, the ability to create compelling content, and reporting/ analytics capabilities. Must be goal-oriented, organized, and work quickly while multitasking in a modern office environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee social media handles for multiple clients and Live Wire
  • Manage client relationship regarding social media needs and goals
  • Develop engaging social media content and campaigns, designed to optimize increased searchability
  • Provide strategic counsel and execute campaign plans
  • Develop and drive messaging, stories, infographics, blogs, short videos, photography, surveys and other content to support campaigns
  • Regularly engage social media community for multiple clients and Live Wire
  • Monitor, listen and respond to comments, questions and concerns by giving appropriate and engaging responses that adhere to brand guidelines and encourage dialogue
  • Track and analyze social media metrics into reports to identify trends and opportunities; set and measure KPIs
  • Lead internal communication regarding social media
  • Generate and guide content development as needed for Live Wire website
  • Collaborate with account managers, including the integration of activities for social media and the creation of collateral and messaging
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Measure and analyze ROI
  • Create and implement promotion strategy, engagement strategy, and conversion strategy
  • Enrich and improve brand development, while focusing on identifying target customers, goals, and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media/ digital media marketing
  • Understand and execute PR plans, strategy, and tactics
  • Prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude in deadline-oriented environment
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office, Adobe creative software
  • Skilled in: Cision, Qualtrics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, WordPress, Drupal, Rainforest, iMovie, Microsoft Office Certifications: Google AdWords Search, AdWords Fundamentals, AdWords Basics
  • Proficient in all main social media platforms
